Behind tailback Jarrett Anderson's five touchdown performance, the Bulldogs notched their third victory of the year, first of five wins to end the season and first triumph against CMSU at home since 1985.

Anderson led the charge in the first quarter scoring the first two touchdowns on two runs of 3-yards each. The Mules scored next on a 16-yard pass, their only touchdown of the game. Anderson added two more TDs and Kyle Fischer chipped in a 20-yard field goal to give Truman a 31-7 lead going into the fourth quarter.

Truman's next score marked two "firsts" for two Bulldogs. Devon Altomari tallied the first catch of his career, a 65-yarder for a touchdown, from freshman quarterback Moni Fearn, his first pass. Anderson then rushed for his final touchdown and Central kicked a field goal to conclude the game with a score of 45-10.
